You simply have to book your time & date that you would like us to deliver your shopping, then write out the shopping list of goods you want us to get (and which shops you want us to get them from) and we shall deliver them at the time requested.

We have different packages depending on what shopping you want us to get. You pay for your shopping upfront and we simply refund you the remainder upon delivery, instantly. If there is any discrepancy on your behalf, you can pay the remainder in cash.
